Theoretical and practical results - sections are component part of methodical manual for experts on handwriting and workers of judicial consequence bodies. Novelty: question of setting, preparation and registration of materials, for conducting of judicial examinations (researches) on handwriting, interrogation of expert, and, in relation to conducting of examination in the judicial meeting expounded taking into account a current legislation. Efficiency of introduction is the in-plant of judicial experts and co-operation of experts training on handwriting with the workers of judicial consequence bodies. An application domain is introduction in expert practice, use in methodical work with judicial consequence bodies.
