Taking into account the information requirements caused by functions and actual tasks of operatively-dispatching management of Ukrainian IPS the database of "System" is created. The highergonomic interface of the personnel (operator) which gives possibilities of visualisation and the all-round analysis of the information registered at the objects of the Ukrainian IPS is created. Domestic analogues of worked out "System" are absent, foreign analogues are known, but they are much more expensive. Besides, domestic working out of the system takes into account requirements and the wishes of domestic specialist (operation personnel) caused by the characteristics of operational conditions and actual for IPS of Ukraine tasks of an operation control which are not fully provided by foreign analogues.
