Authors came to the conclusion, that publicity is not always peculiar to society, but constitutes its qualitative description. Creation of public sphere is the method of self-organization-stone only of those societies which have an autonomous personality as a foundation-stone. It is consequently necessary to divide among cultural and social senses of publicity, as only the last one allows to put the problem of public sphere as a constitutive factor of special – socially organized type of sociality.
