The method is based on using solar photometers calibrated previously at a basic atmospheric station with good astroclimate ( Crimea). By the results of the photometric observations in Crimea ( Simferorpol) in 2009-2010 were obtained values of the main optical parameters of the atmosphere: total optical thickness, aerosol optical thickness and Angstrem coefficients.
