Comprehensive examination of key engineering operation factors effect (frequency, voltage, modulation, current, impedance) on living tissue bonding has been carried out. Bipolar electrosurgical instruments (surgical forceps) prototypes has been developed directed to full-scale production. Logic design and software appropriate for living tissue RF welding automatic control has been developed. Advanced ЕКВЗ-300 model power supply for living tissue welding and the corresponding engineering data has been developed. Production and testing of experimental models and stated power supply and instruments set-out production lot has been carried out. In collaboration with physicians, ЕКВЗ-300 novel power supply and instrument integration tests on laboratory animals have been executed. The base for pilot-industrial production and after-sales service for living tissue RF welding power supplies and instrument has been prepared.
