An aim of the work is to develop the methods of calculation of residual stresses and microstructure of worn-out parts under multilayered surfacing and theirs operational thermomechanical loading. Theoretical investigations were carried out on the base of mechanics of growing nonhomogeneous viscoplastic bodies. Iterative and time step methods as well as finite element method were used for numerical modelling. Mathematical modelling of thermomechanical processes under multilayered surfacing and subsequent operating of rolls and punches was carried out with using of specimens. It was found that the high plastic underlay reduced residual stresses and deformations in basic metal up to 50%, and in outside surfaced layer up to 20%. Regime of cyclic plasticity under intensive mechanical tension appears, and it's necessary to select the material with greater current boundary to raise resistance to low-cycle fatigue failure. The results obtained can be used to select materials and surfacing technologies of rolls and punches to raise theirs resource Product Description popup.authors Баняс М.В. Жук Я.О. Карнаухов В.Г.
