Purpose of the work: determination, classification and construction of hierarchy of internal and external factors, which influence on development of the Ukrainian economy, determination of character and features of their action in a short-term prospect, expansion and improvement of a model apparatus for a complex analysis and forecasting of their influence on a dynamic and quality of the economic growth, disclosing of mechanisms of action of various factors for the decision of both strategic questions of development and timely reacting on different changes and possible threats for the economic growth, and also preparation of recommendations for the Government, directed on providing of the steady balanced development of the Ukrainian economy. Research methods: system analysis and synthesis, statistical methods of structural and econometric analysis, macroeconomic modelling, method of analogies. The main results of research work are systematization, classification and determination of external and internal factors of economic growth, estimation of their influence on development of the Ukrainian economy, working out of a model apparatus for an estimation and forecasting for action of most essential factors on macroeconomic indicators (export volume and GDP dynamic), determination of main limiting factors for economy of Ukraine with the economies of EU countries convergence; substantiation of recommendations concerning a mechanisms of government economic policy directed on strengthening of influence for growth factors on development of the Ukrainian economy. The results of scientific-research work are introduced in work of the Ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine for working out of analytical materials and macroeconomic forecasts, and also in work of the Secretariat of President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Research's actuality is conditioned that the Ukrainian economy is on the stage of transformation of the development model, it predetermines the presence of substantial features in composition, hierarchy, and also in action of internal and external factors of the economic growth of Ukraine by comparison to other countries of the world. To a great extent it is related to superfluously high dependence of the Ukrainian economy on the external state of affairs, especially from prices on power resources and metal products. For strengthening positive, and also neutralization of negative influence of action of various factors it must be define what factors and in what direction in a most degree influence on the economic growth in Ukraine and to find out potential of their activation in a short-term prospect. It requires expansion and improvement of model apparatus for an operative estimation and forecasting of results from the internal and external factors action and to ground on this basis of effective economic policy for providing of steady and balanced development of the Ukrainian economy. The recommendation on the improvement of stabilization and accommodation policy of Government are concerned on support of macroeconomic stability, stimulation of factors action, which promotes to development of domestic economy and to acceleration of convergence processes between Ukraine and EU countries economies.
