Experimental methods: study of differential activity of genes, frequency of mutations, viability, degree of polyteny in chromosomes of Drosophila, dynamics of mitotic cycle and frequency of mutations of plants, state of chromatin and membranes of human cells. Results: conformities to the law of forming of radioadaptive answer are shown in plants, influence of low doses of ionizing, ultrawideband pulsed, and polarized microwave radiation, magnetic field effects on the state of human chromatin in Artemia. The method of determination of activity of bioactive substances (BAS), based on the analysis of degree of polyteny of giant chromosomes of salivary glands of Drosophila, is developed. Influence of vitamin of B12 and caffeine on the degree of polyteny was studied. In a line of Drosophila, got from a radiation-polluted natural environment, the significant decrease of the degree of polyteny is shown. The mutagenic effect of red light, caffeine, metoprene, dioxidine, and heteropolynuclear substances on the mutation rate in Drosophila was studied. Among the patients with the multiple sclerosis is registered an increase of number of granules of heterochromatin.
