Karazin popup.description2 The work is devoted to the development of scientific and practical bases of biodiversity support for natural ecosystems of Left-bank Ukraine under anthropogenic transformation of landscapes. During studies, a historical analysis of formation of floristic-faunistic complexes in the area in question was performed, and the main parameters of biodiversity of monitoring groups of living organisms were described. The basic factors of human impact on the investigated objects were identified. It was revealed, in which cases the human impact on natural systems is destructive and in which cases it is a reproductive modulating factor. The influence of anthropogenic factors on natural systems - forests, grasslands, steppes, wetlands, cretaceous habitats - was analyzed and the resistance of different natural communities to anthropogenic stress was characterized. A comprehensive study of fungi, spiders, beetles, fishes and birds biodiversity was conducted. Among these groups, a number of indicator species that can be used in determining the measure of landscapes anthropogenic transformation was identified. Sozologically rare species were revealed, and practical measures for their protection were proposed. Recommendations on the inclusion of some species into a new edition of the Red Data Book of Ukraine and the Red List of Kharkiv Region were formulated. According to the results of the research, practical recommendations to improve the nature protection regime in some nature-conservative territories of Left-bank Ukraine were elaborated.
