These nAChR subtypes are combined with different receptors of mature В-lymphocytes: alfa nAChRs are coupled with CD40, whereas alfa beta beta nAChRs with B cell antigen-specific receptor (IgM). CD40-mediated B lymphocyte activation results in the increased surface exposure of both alfa - and alfa7-containing nAChR subtypes. alfa7 nAChRs regulate mitogenic signaling pathway, but not the antibody isotype switch in В-lymphocytes. Acetylcholine esterase inhibitors suppress the mitogenic response of В-lymphocytes to anti-CD40 and favor the expression of both alfa - and alfa -containing nAChRs indicating the inhibitory role of endogenous acetylcholine in the normal B lymphocyte proliferation. alfa nAChRs located on В-lymphocyte plasma membrane are internalized after being bound with specific antibodies Product Description popup.authors Коваль Людмила Миколаївна Редчук Тарас Олексійович popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
