In addition are choosen mechanisms of integration a web portal with bank of information resources for educational purposes. In according to the analysis was developed the concept of system of supporting web-based portal for distance learning institutions for all levels of education and then was developed a technical specification for the creation of a prototype this system and then its prototype was implemented. A prototype system is available via the Internet and provides a uniform system of registration and authorization of users taking into account access rights. It also allows for integration with a pilot system of support the bank of information resources for educational purposes, which was developed by authors in a result of the of previous research and development work.
