It is suggested to utillize a method for the improvement of electrochemical activity of cathode fallouts of connection of oxide of chrome, got the method of electrodeposition from fluorinecontaining electrolytes. Technological instructions are developed in relation to creation of cathode material on the basis of black oxide-chromic coverages by the method of electrodeposition, and also making of accumulators with cathode material on the basis of these coverages. Introduction of the offered retrofitting will allow to make competitive primary and second power sources of the lithium system.
