This combination decreased morphological sings of toxic injures of liver, kidneys, adrenal glands and immune system organs (thimus, spleen, mesenteric lymphatic nodes); intensity of apoptosis in the nucleus of hepatocytes and spleenocytes normalized. Using of complex medicaments for saturnism treatment in rats is safe and effective as its provide normalizing influence on free radical system of perozide oxidation of lipids and state of oxide-antioxide balance in blood plasma and clear antioxidizing protective effect against development characteristic for influence endogenic deposited lead structure-functional damage of liver tissue, significantly accelerate cleaning liver, spleen and kidney tissue from lead decrease its blood concentration, and not provocating unwanted side effects according with morphological studies of liver, kidneys, adrenal glands, immune system organs and phenomenon of lead transfer to brain tissue.
