Scientific-technical results: first: developed mathematical model of process of mixing in a screw mixer at application of band of screw with activating shoulder-blades; dependences of speed of preparation of plaster solution on structural parameters and operating modes are defined; character of co-operation of the combined labyrinth supports of screw mixer with a build solution is defined and experimentally confirmed; influencing of physical and mechanical properties of solutions, kinematics parameters of work of the combined mixer on power inputs is appraised. Practical value: plastering machine is created and applied in a build industry, the machine allows in the conditions of objects dwelling height, cottage and agricultural construction to promote the labour of plasterers productivity at 3 times and to decrease power inputs on 20…30% as compared to traditional technology due to compressorless nozzlening solutions on the building surfaces; the structural parameters of work of the combined screw mixer are grounded and the method of their engineering's calculations is developed. The developed plastering machine can be used on the enterprises of a build industry for preparation, pipeline transporting and compressorless applying on the processed surfaces of cement- and lime-sandy solutions. The developed complete set of designer documentation is investment attractive taking into account introduction on the enterprises of machine-building industry. The created plastering machine is applied by JSC "Poltavtransbud" (Poltava).
