The purpose of research is to investigate tendencies and perspectives of development of social defense system for youth in central regions of Ukraine on the basis of empirical material analysis obtained by sociological researches, state statistics and social institutions data, legal base in order to correct social politics in this sphere, create methodical recommendations for state power institutions interaction with youth, for institutions of territorial communities self-governing, for directors of agricultural enterprises of different property form and ownership, social institutions and high school establishments, which train specialists in social defense for agricultural regions. Methods of research are systematical analysis of normative and standard sources, scientific literature, state statistics and materials of sociological researches, social diagnostics provided by social opinion survey. As results of conducted research methodical recommendations about social defense of youth for state power institutions, institutions of territorial communities self-governing, directors of agricultural enterprises of different forms of property and ownership, social institutions and high school establishments, which train specialists in social defense for agricultural regions are developed. An application domain is social sphere of youth policy in agricultural regions.
