Macroscopic, cytologic and histologic methods of investigation had been used. Problem: To investigate development, macro- and microstructure and functional features of crop and stomach immune system during posnatal period of onthogenesis with purpose to determine immune status in this species to a certain period of life. To determine terms of the most active crop and stomach immune response to relevant antigenes. To ascertain terms, phases and manifestations of imune system involution. To consider possibility that digestive immune system belongs to the central lymphoid organs. It is stated that morphofunctional maturity of immune system in non vaccinated hens comes with 20 days old. Day old vaccination against viral infections in chick stimulates development of immune system and hastens its morphofunctional maturity in 5 days. Involution of crop and stomach immune system starts at the age 210 days old. Branch of usage - veterinary medicine.
