After the laser-plasma doping the optimal structural state (the minimum number of microcracks) is caused by the low gradient in structure, the low dislocation density, uniform distribution of phase formation and consequently - by the lack of internal stress concentrators. The maximum fracture toughness, wear resistance and the maximum hardness is observed obtaining of the doped layer using the laser-plasma treatment under the regime of P = 3 kW, V = 500mm/min with the imposition of a single track.
