Paton Electric Welding Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 Complex research of influence of a chemical compound and modular condition of environment is conducted during fatigue tests of a steel 15ГС on сорбцию and redistribution of impurity and alloying elements of these metals. It is shown that addition of organic acid to water conducts to increase in growth rate of a crack, sizes of adsorption by metal of hydrogen, oxygen and carbon and assists redistribution of alloying elements (in particular, chrome). Presence of zones of compression and a stretching before a top of a crack which grows is confirmed. Results conducted modelling researches are confirmed on samples from steels 15ГС and Х218Н12Т which have been cut out from places of damages of pipes of a steam-and-water path of coppers ТES of Ukraine. Similar results are received and for a welded seam which was is cut out from a pipe of a steam-and-water path of a copper by Vuglegorskoj ТES. The received results can change some settled representations about the mechanism of destruction of metals and conditions which assist it. But the certain statistics, i.e. research on wider scale of materials is necessary.
