Research methods and apparatus. The basis of the proposed method is bactericidal treatment of wounds and coagulating effect the air flow, heated to the required temperature and thermal radiation, which creates contactless termohirurhichnym tool. The research identified the most appropriate options contactless thermal effects on living soft tissues for use in surgery. The peculiarities of the course of biological processes in non-contact method of thermal effects on living tissue. The parameters of thermal convection-radiation flow to achieve the necessary surgical operations (stop bleeding, wound rehabilitation, treatment of purulent wounds of soft living tissue welding). Designed layouts line equipment for surgical technology with contactless thermal effects on living soft tissue and held its pre-clinical testing. High efficiency equipment for rehabilitation and chronic purulent infected wounds with simultaneous bleeding including of parenchymatous organs. Some developed surgical techniques for surgeries without blood loss, using non-contact heat-affected equipment. The areas most effective use of equipment in the surgery: interventions in parenchymal organs (pancreas, spleen, liver), and chronic treatment of infected suppurating wounds.
