To clarify the conditions for the formation of composite nanoparticles of Ag-Cu in the porous matrix of sodium chloride by electron-beam deposition and the establishment of the influence of technological parameters on the characteristics of the structure of such materials and their chemical propertiesthe following methods were used: electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometry, laser correlation spectroscopy, atomic absorption spectrometry, and others. Conditions of formation of composite nanoparticles of Ag-Cu in the porous matrix of sodium chloride by electron-beam deposition in vacuum were investigated . Implemented sheme of evaporation with three independent crucibles allows to form porous composite with a uniform distribution of metallic phases of Ag and Cu in the matrix of NaCl. It is shown that the dimensions of typical elements of the microstructure of vacuum condensates significantly affects not only the substrate temperature, but also the total content of metallic component in a matrix of sodium chloride. It was established that under certain conditions on the basis of substance NaCl-Ag-Cu can be formed by colloidal metal nanoparticles with a size of 10-40 nm.
