A purpose of NIR is development of the scientifically grounded suggestions in relation to the use of corn and technical cultures for the production of biofuels at providing of optimum balanced of food and power necessities of Ukraine. Research methods are a dialectical method of cognition, statistical analysis, comparison, calculation-designer, graphic, expert estimations, questionnaire inspections, induction and deduction, analysis of the systems. Certainly optimum volumes of the use of corn and technical cultures for satisfaction of food and power necessities of the state. Certainly parameters of priority in the choice of corn cereals, corn or sugar beet at the production of bioetanol, seed of sunflower or rape at the production of biodisel. Methodical suggestions are given in relation to determination of the system of thresholds of economic activity of processing of corn and technical cultures on a biofuels. A monograph is prepared "Economic are organizational principles of production of biofuels as direction of optimum decision of power and food problems is in Ukraine".
