Goal: CEE post-communist countries Europeanisation experience research and analysis of EU requirements concerning of public administration performance principles. Methods: statistical, retrospective, comparative, content analysis. Theoretical and practical results: It has been found that: national preparation of post-communist countries for membership and accession negotiations were the important factors in shaping national administrative arrangements and the transformation of existing structures; despite of some external factors of administrative transformation there were some internal ones such as constitutional prerequisites, the development of the political systems and the political and administrative cultures that contributed to the respective national solutions; the conditions of "double transformation" did not have negatively impacted on bringing national administrative structures of post-communist countries in line with the European demands; there were an increase of external and internal actors involved, a differentiation of concrete tasks and responsibilities and intensification of interaction between EU and candidate-countries during the CEE post-communist countries European integration; the CEE post-communist countries governments tried to develop new administrative structures and procedures using experiences and elements from traditional European models and focusing on the functionality of national administrative structures; no specific post-communist politico-administrative type of public administration has emerged CEE post-communist space; the EU was able to pressure the candidates to comply with EU demands because of the strong incentive of membership; the EU - through the target of membership and the supportive pre-accession strategy - was in a position to give the applicants a strong sense of direction for their transformation and integration processes; despite of EU uniform adaptation pressure on the candidates political and administrative systems, each of them took their own way of reform that brought to special national approaches to the national strategy of European integration implementation.
