The purpose – to improve the technique of development of an original initial breeding material and using this material to develop sunflower hybrids with high content of oleic acid. Methods – hybridological analysis, electrophoresis of storage proteins, biochemical, statistical. Results: self-pollinated lines with the changed fatty acids composition and high combinational ability by economic traits have been selected; admissible thresholds of impurity which do not decrease productivity and quality of seeds have been determined; the express analysis of seed typicalness level of sunflower lines and hybrids F1 by electrophoresis of helianthins has been improved. Introduction: a few sunflower hybrids were transferred to the State Variety Trial: Romantik, Slavson, Kadet, Hector, Sibson, Oreol, Solist (Pokrovs’kyi), Basis, Tembr, Skarb, Suchasnyk. Application sphere: research institutes of NAAS of Ukraine, agrarian and industrial complex Product Description popup.authors Крутько Василь Іванович popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
