The purpose – to improve and develop new methods of developing an original initial breeding material and using it to develope sunflower hybrids, including ones with changed fatty acid composition. Methods – hybridological analysis, laboratory, field, statistical. Results: a new integrated index is suggested for female lines and hybrids selection - specific combining ability for oil yield from a hectare which is characterised by closer correlation with specific combining ability for other traits, and provides much higher potential of adaptability and stability, the highest seed and oil productivity of simple and three-way hybrids. It was found that female simple hybrids possessed higher adaptive potential, than self-pollinated female lines. Introduction: the hybrids Suchsnyk, Tembr, Uragan, Chygyryn, Vyvat have been transferred to the State Variety Trial. Application sphere: Research Institutes of NAAS of Ukraine, agrarian and industrial complex Product Description popup.authors Вареник Борис Федорович popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
