We develop the model and study the behaviour of spin-wave generator on the basis of antiferromagentic nanoparticle in the rpesence of high-density spin-polarised current. We found the regimes of stationary precession of macrospin and switching conditions. We found the dynamical states appropriate for information coding. We have also studied possible control fields for super/semiconducting multiferroics. The systems under consideration could be used for information storage with small energy consumptioin and small values of control fields.we study the possibility to perform quantum computations on the basisi of double quantum dot in semiconductor.
