There are general regularities in structure of hepatocyte nuclei, nuclei of buccal epithelium and neutrophil granulocytes. There is authentic difference in quantitative characteristics in benign and malignant tumors of liver and cirrhosis. Hepatocyte, buccal epithelium and neutrophil cytometry is informative method in differential diagnostics of neoplasms of liver and prognosis of cirrhosis. Accuracy of diagnostics on the base of scale elaborated reaches 80-76% accordingly. It is reasonable to include the investigation of buccal epithelium and neutrophils into diagnostic algorithm as additional noninvasive morphologic test, which is objective, sensitive and gives an opportunity of monitoring.
