Stent thrombosis developed in 10 (0,8%) patients. In 7 cases was acute and subacute thrombosis, in 7 cases late thrombosis. 3 patients was die, in 6 cases was coronary infarct and In 1 cases was progressive stenocardia. The main factors of thrombosis after coronary stenting was discontinuance of desegregation therapy - 50 %, suboptimal resalts of coronary stenting, stenting of two or more coronary artery - 30 %. The other cases of thrombosis was low fraction of cor blood flow expulsy - 50%, multifocal atherosclerosis -50%. In patients with stent thrombosis was detected low sensevity to desegregation therapy and high thrombocytic agregation in 14-30 % during standart desegregation therapy.
