In carrying out the work were obtained the following results: - Anisotropic particle BNT with partial grain orientation were synthesized by conversion of crystals NBT15. BNT for the first time the method TRZ germ of the same material. - Have studied the electrical characteristics and electrical parameters for material handling system (1-x) Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-x BaZrO3 and shown that the experimental system shows relatively lower values of dielectric constant and dielectric loss significantly reduced. - It is shown that the experimental materials have significant advantages with respect to their temperature coefficient of dielectric constant, which varies from about 3200 to -900 10-6K-1, while its importance is approximately Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 -41 000 10 - 6K-1. - It is shown that electro-handling systems studied samples associated with their relaksornoyu nature, which in turn is determined by the presence of nanoscale polar regions. - As a result of the work that investigated the use of electro-controlled relaksornyh material has an absolute advantage over existing analog-based ferroelectric Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 although further steps are needed to optimize the composition of the materials to improve their electro-specific characteristics.
