The object of study research: the quality of the educational process, its information and analytical support and scientific and methodological support in higher educational institutions of Ukraine and the National University of STS of Ukraine in particular. The aim of the study is to develop a segment of the system of higher educational establishment - monitoring the provision of educational services and improve the quality of professional training of future specialists of tax authorities. Methods: The dialectical method of knowledge, scientific methods of system approach, methods comparison, quizzes and other scientific methods. Based on an examination of legislative acts of Ukraine, the theory and practical experience of Ukraine, the European Higher Education Quality: - a strategy, methodology and basic approaches to assess the quality of educational services at the department and the university - A database of key documents of information support for monitoring the quality of the educational process in the form of regulations and guidance documents - Examine international and domestic experience in monitoring the quality of education in higher education and to identify opportunities to use it at university - a methodology for analyzing the needs of the education market (questionnaires for students, alumni, faculty, employers, etc.) - monitored the study of the views of students on the University - developed a method of assessing the needs of students - to receive the necessary and sufficient knowledge and skills of his future career - to create informational and analytical and problem-oriented electronic database educational process at the department - monitored the activities of the department of statistics and mathematical methods in economics on the formation of professional and pedagogical competence of teachers, teaching methods and research faculty members - applied the methodology for continuous evaluation of educational achievements of students in the department - accumulated standardized database of valid tools of monitoring studies to provide quality educational services; - monitored the quality of students 'knowledge at all levels (input control, Rector's control, final control) in the disciplines of the Department - The technology of standardized testing of students' knowledge of all levels of training in the disciplines of the department. Results of the study are introduced in the scientific and methodical complexes cathedral disciplines, as reflected in textbooks, materials, lectures, methodological developments, recommendations and tasks for the practical, independent, individual work of students, scientific workshops and round table discussions on topical problems of the department monitor the quality of provision educational services, as well as abstracts at scientific conferences and seminars. The research results will contribute to improving the educational process, providing modern requirements for educational and scientific services and improve the quality of training future professionals, and their competitiveness.
