The subjects of investigation - the scientifically substantiated approaches to the formation of specialized policy in the sphere of circulation of stomatological production in Ukraine, as well as the market of this products in Ukraine. The aim - the rise of the foundation of the decisions in the specialized policy in the sphere of circulation of stomatological production in Ukraine for the improvement of the quality of dental service and the work of dentists and other specialists in this medical sphere, as well as in industries connected with it. The selection, systematization and detailed multiparametrical analysis of the information from Register of the medical production, registered in Ukraine, in the part of dental products, classified into 22 new groups, was held. The analysis of the problems in the studied sphere was made on the basis of process approach. They are de-termined to be of system character and to be the consequence of the problems of the State in a whole. The main reasons of these problems are the absence of knowledge, experience and motivation on management in officials and administrators of the suppliers and consumers of the market at the stage of transient econ-omy, their insufficient provision with information, and also the total corruption in the state. With marketing studies the market was investigated. The forecast of its development under the conditions of the economical crisis and the measures of minimization of its negative results, cooperation of the domes-tic producers on the basis of joint or delegated to the co-created structures the decisions of certain problems, cooperation with the elaborators and producers from the countries of ex-USSR, first of all from Russia, were offered. The recommendations on scientifically substantiated approaches in formation of specialized policy in the studied sphere on the grounds of private and public co-administration, were worked out. Scientific novelty - the investigations, being made on the margin and with the use of principles of some general scientific and special scientific directions such as the methods of the theory of the industry, the the-ory of the marketing studies, system, situational, process and other approaches, make contribution into the development of the methodology of these trends at the expense of the application of their theories to the new object and the subject of investigation. The practical significance consists in the use of the findings at the formation of the budget of different level, holding tenders, in the activities of custom , tax, certifying authorities, etc., at the elaboration of the tables of the equipment in dental establishments and educational programs, by investors, suppliers, con-sumers and domestic producers of stomatological production, at formation of specialized policy, determina-tion of priorities, in the realization of public and industrial programs, including the reformation of the sys-tem of health-protection in Ukraine.
