The aim of the investigation is the study of the influence of disorder in functional activity of salivary glands of different genesis upon the development of dental diseases and the elaboration of the methods of their correction. The methods of investigation are clinical. The dental pathology in patients with Shegren disease, suffering from diabetes mellitus, depressive neuroses, chronic candidoses of oral mucosa, after the irradiation of facial and neck area, as well as children with reduced salivation, was studied. The complexes for the prevention of dental diseases in patients with Shegren disease, after the irradiation of facial and neck area and the ones with chronic candidoses of oral mucosa, were elaborated and tested. As found, the dental pathology is observed almost in every person with reduced function of salivary glands. The prevalence of the very dental disease depends on the genesis of the disorder in sialogenity and salivation. The preventive and treatment complexes favored the reduction of the frequency and intensity of dental pathology.
