Ratio of glycoforms of these glycoproteins is more specific and sensitive characteristic of pathological process. Changes of these characteristics are more expressed quantitatively in patient with proliferative diseases of head and neck. The lever of total sialylation of erythrocyte and leukocyte cell surface glycoconjugates in proliferative diseases is decreased is reflected in reliable decreasing of electrophoretic motion.
