One of tasks of research was development of architectural decision and realization platforms which would provide possibility of effective implementation of all functionalities according requirements. Such compatible work practically is not used in other similar systems of LMSU. Built on component approach with the use of principle of IоC the system without of principle limitations can be extended to the level of automation of any educational institution, or any institution, where workflow plays an important role, without limitation to functionality. As a result there was the developed architecture which includes the last achievements in the construction of modern applications. Carefully organized information, view to the management system of the e-learning as realization of powerful program complex is basis of this project. Most systems of the e-learning, that exist today in the different universities of Ukraine, almost not examined complex as difficult program systems. Therefore sufficiently natural origin of necessity creation of such model which would give an integral look to the process of the management of e-learning.
