The purpose of research - to establish an optimal system of fertilizer and irrigation schedules for obtaining consistently high yields of root crops while maintaining soil fertility. According to the experience found that the enhancement mode of mineral nutrition with N45R45 (control) to N180R180K90 (maximum dose) has a positive effect on the level of productivity of sugar beet (50-56% increase) and the conditional output of sugar per unit area. The effectiveness of green manure significantly increased when adding higher doses of fertilizer - and N120R120K90 N180R180K90. The highest yield in the experiment (67.1 t / ha) was obtained by introducing green manure at 10 t / ha in combination with a maximum dose of fertilizer - N180R180K90. Achieved the highest increase yields of root crops from the introduction of green manure on the background of this mineral fertilizers - 3.3 tons per hectare, or 5%. Plowing, straw and green manure in combination with the use of mineral fertilizers at a dose of N120R120K90 N180R180K90 and enhances environmental and economic efficiency of the culture to a level the best option for the evaluation of economic efficiency.
