Purpose - To develop and implement energy saving technological methods of raw grain harvesting promising in the steppe zone of Ukraine Culture sorghum using to store different atypical warehouse. The studies found that when grain sorghum silage with a moisture content of 28 - 30% use of mineral and biological preservative complex action positively affects the quality of food. In the study 1kg feed crude protein content is 94.8 g, crude fat - 36,1 g, crude fiber - 41.8 g of digestible protein - 39.9, the during storage (12 months), grain structure is preserved, there is no mold. Loss of dry matter during the year increased only by 0.48 - 0.50%. Production testing done which confirmed the benefits of storage of raw grain sorghum in atypical warehouses using mineral and biological preservative.
