Galkin Physics and Engineering Institute of National Academy of Science of the Ukraine popup.description2 There are begun works on creation of complex obtaining technology of wearproof products on the basis of composite ceramic materials which consists of nanopowders obtaining technology with determined granulometric, chemical and phase structure, compaction and products sintering technology. Therefore studying of formation processes and sintering of the composites made from nanopowders with different chemical, granulometric and phase structure was the purpose of the project. Object of researches is oxide nanopowders, ceramic and composite materials on the basis of alloyed zirconia, aluminia and silicon carbide for wearproof nanocomposite ceramic. It was spent studying of these powders compaction in conditions of uniaxial and hydrostatic pressure. Dilatometric researches of nanopowders sintering processes were spent. It was shown of increase of initial bulk density of powders at the expense of granulation with addition of softeners and connecting components. It was analyzed influence of organic binding on processes of nanopowders compaction with composite structure Research of physical-mechanical properties and structure of ceramics by means of REM has shown, that additional doping by chrome oxide (to 3 %) and aluminia (nearby 1 %) leads to increase of hardness and fracture strength factor on 15-30 % in comparison with base system on base of zirconia.
