Research objective is revealing of the key moments of nanopowders obtaining technology by method of chemical sedimentation with use of microwave actions. Novelty of work consists in complex investigation of precursors nature influence on characteristics, phase transformations and surface condition of oxide nanoparticles. By methods of thermogravimetry, infrared spectroscopy, differential-thermal analysis it was investigated influence of precursors nature on dehydration processes, evolution of structure and property of obtained xerogels and oxide nanoparticles of systems on the basis of pure zirconia and alloyed (Y, Fe, Cr, Eu, Mn). On the basis of modeling systems the question of porous nanoparticles obtaining is considered at influence of high hydrostatic pressure and surface of oxide nanopowders by organic molecules.
