Research objective is revealing of features of nanoparticles formation in conditions of temperature and high hydrostatic pressure. Novelty of work consists in use of high-energy influence at nanoparticles formation for their condition control. By methods of thermogravimetry, infrared spectroscopy, differential-thermal analysis, analysis of specific surface by BET it was investigated influence of highly power conditions on nanoparticles formation processes at different stages of formation hydrogel - amorphous xerogel – oxides nanoparticles. It is shown that complex use of high-energy influences - temperature and high hydrostatic pressure allows to operate a surface condition, phase structure, size and value of nanoparticles specific surface.
