Research objective is creation of complex nanopowders on the base of zirconia with alloying impurity (Y and Gd or Fe) and magnetite for creation of rentgenocontrast materials. Novelty of work consists in creation of obtaining methods of nanosystems functional modifying by their chemical modification on volume or on surface. By methods of infrared spectroscopy, differential-thermal analysis, X-ray analysis it was investigated formation processes of nanoparticles of systems ZrO2-Y2O3-Me2O3 (where М=Gd3+,Fe3+). It was revealed influence of the third alloying element on dehydration and crystallization processes in system ZrO2-Y2O3 . It is shown that use of methods of modifications by the third element in the process of synthesis of mineral particles allows to operate dispersion and activity of nanoparticles surface ZrO2-Y2O3-Me2O3 (where М=Gd3+,Fe3+) and Fe3O4.
