Aim of study: to develop the optimal schemes of diagnosis, treatment, and prophylaxis of disease and prophylaxis of complications and relapses on the basis of analyzing results of DTG conservative and surgery treatment. Methods: questionnaire, clinical, hormonal, biochemical; sceletal radiomorphometry, daily monitoring of cardiac rhythm, ultrasound osteodensitometry. Basic and practice results: a significant increase in blood TsAb consentration and significantly decrease in the TsAb level were respectively noted under thyreostatic therapy in patients with DTG. An analysis of obtained data demonstrated that increased TsAb level was in patients with decreased TTH level and normal content of blood thyroid hormones remained that permit to suppose the presence of correlation with TsAb level and possible relapse of thyrotoxicosis. Novelty: For the first time the peculiarities of changes in cardiac rhythm that were manifested as paroxysmal forms of arrhythmia were revealed. It was shown that osteoporosis is sufficiently frequent and is developed at initial stages of disease among the complications of DTG. Calcium daily taking by patients with DTG complicated by endocrine osteoporosis is consisted of 680 mg/daily that is significantly lower of normative ones. For the first time new method for treatment of DTG complications and relapses is proposed. For the first time the new conformities and hormonal, biochemical factors owing to which the metabolic changes in cardiac muscle, osseous tissue with development osteopenia and osteoporosis were observed. It allowed to develop the effective recommendations concerning diagnosis, prophylaxis and treatment of complications and relapses of this disease. Implementation: Monitoring of calcium balance indices, markers of osseous remodelling, ultrasound osteodensitometry allow to timely diagnosis of osteoporosis and prevent its progression. An expedient use of biocalcevit in a daily dose of 1 g for 609 months with following control of osteodensitometry indices is recommended for prophylaxis of secondary osteoporosis development in patients with DTG. It results in renewal of osseous mass peak and preservation of stable balance of the osseous remodelling processes.
