The cores outward- and intrabusiness factors of influence on the Ukrainian foreign trade balance in a geographical and commodity cut were defined. As a result of the comparative expert analysis the foreign trade balance forecast for 2011 was constructed with changes definition in natural and cost parameters in commodity groups. The actions for trading balance improvement at the expense of Ukrainian production competitiveness increase in the world markets, internal commodity demand expansion and creation of the goods manufactures which should replace the imported ones were proposed.
