The aim of the investigation is to find the role of hydrobionts is found out in forming of quality of water of river ekosistem, which enables to use them as bioindicators in the system of the ecological monitoring of natural waters of Central Polissya. The methods of investigation are ethological, toxicological, biochemistry,hydrobiological. Taxonomical composition, dynamics of development, ecology and features of functioning of water-plants and invertebrates, is studied. As a result of researches is invastigated influence of aquatic lives is on forming of quality of water of river ekosistem, the systematic lists of water-plant and invertebrate groupments of the rivers of Central Polissya are filled up (including cleansing buildings). Investigational seasonal dynamics of specific composition and quantity of Peritrichia of cleansing buildings. The structure of Peritrichia is in addition, set, dynamics of their forming and growth during cultivation; the role of different kinds is appraised in cleaning of domestic and industrial flows on the indexes of intensity of feed. Grounded perspective of the use of Peritrichia in the system of cleaning of flow waters. The autecological features of freshwater heterotrophic flagellates are first studied. At research of seasonal dynamics two peaks of quantity and specific riches are fixed, change of values of correlation between a quantity and specific riches of heterotrophic flagellates and abiotic factors in different seasons, and also the noted change of kinds-dominantes. Is found out hydrobiological limits of invertebrate zoons (mollusks, infusoria, heterotrophic flagellates) in relation to the action of biotic factors and abiotic factors of water environment. The results of the research are widely spead in the process of studying of the following cources: "General Hydrobiology", "Zoology of invertebrate", "The Biomonitoring of natural waters", and in scientific work of teachers, post-graduates and students as well. The results of this research can be used in the work of unique ecological systems of maximum possible concentrations.
