Aim of study - determination of mechanism of pathogenetic disorders of gastroduodenal zone and determination of improved directions of diagnostics, treatment and prevention of diseases of digestive organs. As a result of study there was established that functional and morphological disorders of gastroduodenal zone is important component of development of disorders of different parts of digestive system including pathology of esophagogastroduodenal and pancreatohepatobiliary zones and bowel. There was studied the character of disorders of antioxydant defence in patients with gastroduodenal diseases and there were investigated the directions of their correction. There was established the difference between coefficients of haemoglobin saturation of mucosa of fundal, antral parts of stomach and duodenum bulbus in healthy persons and patients with peptic ulcer and different forms of chronic gastritis. There were investigated the morphologic peculiarities of development of refractory forms of gastroesophageal reflux disease and there was proved the efficiency of using baclofen. There was determined link between presence of biliary dysfunctions and disorders of functional state of vegetative regulation. The frequency and course features of gall-bladder cholesterolosis and xantogranulematous cholecystitis in patients after cholecystectomy were studied. The peculiarities of bowel dysbiosis character were determined. There was studied the link between form of irritable bowel syndrome and serotonin level. The important diagnostic role of fecal calprotectin as bowel inflammation marker was proved.
