In this work there is data about risk factors. It was found the correlation between the degree, character of vessel affection and the severity of the clinical course of DE. There were shown changes of the expression of neurospecific proteins (NP) (NCAM and GFAP) in the structures of the brain of laboratory rats in modeling of mnestic disorders. There were found the main patterns of disorders of NP, depending on the stage of severity of discircular manifestation, and it allowed to look on the their levels as the quantitative indications of the disease.
