The result of inefficient consumption of energy resources of these compounds is high energy intensity, which causes reduction of competitiveness of national economy and its low energy efficiency. These developments threaten the welfare of society, the prospects of Ukraine's development on the principles of balance and form a threat to national security. We give recommendations to optimize the developing processes, promote renewable energy and alternative fuels, fundamental changes to improve energy efficiency.
