Study methods - hygienic, physical-and-chemical, biochemical, radiometric, instrumental, clinic. Results: it was determined that chronic gastroduodenitis connected with dyspancreatism, dyskinesia of biliferous tracts and chronic cholecystocholangitis against a background of chronic diseases of otorhinolaryngologic organs, symptoms of vegetative dysfunction (abdominal, astheno-vegetative and dyspeptic syndromes predominate in a clinical picture) is the most frequent nosologic form of the pathology of digestive system in the children. Efficiency of "Black algine cavier", fruit and berries composition with pectin, paste "Spicy", dietary addition "Laminarin" and "Lignocellulosic sorbent" for reduction of 137-Cs activity in the children's organism and acceleration of its discharge has been proved. It is advisably to use the paste with sea algae and dietary addition "Laminarin" for the prophylaxis of iodine deficient states.
