Sanitary-and-hygienic requirements to the first new modern technology for the production of drinking water (created with our participation) from this water storage basin with an increased mineralization were elaborated. Optimum regime parameters of water treatment to the requirements for drinking water by the new technology for chemical compounds, including chlororganic ones, and microorganisms were substantiated. Safety of the obtained drinking water for warm - blooded organism was substantiated by the results of chronic sanitary-and-hygienic experiment. New Ukrainian collective installations for drinking water postpreparation (Tala Voda Firm Ltd., Yur-Akva Ltd., S.K.I.-AKVA Ltd.) were analyzed. Methodical approaches for their selection and use, taking into account local peculiarities of drinking water quality, were elaborated.
