A purpose is a scientific ground of criterion meaningfulness of speed-up tests at the estimation of carcinogens factors. Research methods - experimentally oncologic, pathomorphological , immunological, cytogenetic (micronuclear-test), mathematical. As a result of the conducted complex researches of immunological and genotoxic effects, immunological status and morphological changes it is set in chronic experience : dependence of development of tumours, genotoxic effect from a dose and ways of receipt of BP separately and in combination with a phenol; oppressing of cellular link of immunity in an early period; correlation between the indexes of genotoxic effect and immunosuppression after influence of BP in a dose which induces tumours. The set conformities to law of changes a genotoxicity and immunosuppression allow to examine them as possible short-term tests and criteria for the estimation of carcinogenic danger of compounds.
