The purpose of the report is the development of load design technique, structural detail optimization, determination of the stressed and strained state of the structural elements. The investigation subject is indices of load and safety of the structure, structural de-tail optimization, the stressed and strained state, actual behaviour of the constructions. The investigations have been conducted by mathematical and computerizing modeling procedures and research of the properties. The principal scientific novelty of the obtained findings has been set up with the concepts of the production and erection cost determination of the high-voltage transmission lines, and determination technique of overloading onto the headframes. The imperfection techniques and procedures of reservoir structures have been worked out. The stress distribution in the joints of the shell high-rise structures with regard of the local effect has been determined. The concepts of the weathering loads at the estimation of engineering state of the power transmission line towers have been worked out. The work findings and results have been introduced into the specifications, design techniques and estimation of engineering state of the structures. They have been also used at structural designing and investigation. The automating system for optimum design has been developed and introduced for transmission towers. The findings of the investigations have been presented at 17 International Confe-rences and published in 88 papers. Three theses have been defended on the results and findings of the work.
