Goal - development of genotyping system for determination of brewer's barley cultivars seed quality. Methods - methods of molecular biology (polymerase chain reaction, ISSR-PCR, SSR-PCR, AFLP, analysis of DNA fragments, electrophoresis), crossing of barley cultivars, bioinformatics, analysis of barley DNA markers databases, statistic analysis. Results. AFLP DNA - passports of 19 varieties were represent. Phylogenetic relationships between barley varieties were estimated. Depending on barley varieties usage clusterization of varieties were found out. SSR DNA - passports of 27 varieties were represent. Novelty: genotyping of domestically produced barley cultivars.
